Design and Build of Enabling Works at the DART+ and MetroLink Interface at Glasnevin, Dublin, to facilitate the construction of MetroLink. Includes detailed design and construction of key enabling works such as site preparation, demolition, excavation, earthmoving, drainage, railway construction works, and associated civil engineering tasks.

Supply and delivery of commercial large kitchen appliances for a new café development. Installation excluded.

Bauarbeiten im Conference Room Plunkett Mess, DFTC Curragh Camp, Co. Kildare. Dazu gehören: 45210000 Baubauarbeiten, 44221000 Fenster, Türen und verwandte Artikel, 45442100 Malerarbeiten, 45453100 Sanierungsarbeiten, 45310000 Elektroinstallationen, 45350000 Mechanische Installationen.

Entwicklung und Bau von ca. 35 Wohneinheiten (sozialer und bezahlbarer Wohnraum) inkl. Design-Entwicklung, Infrastruktur und Bauarbeiten. Der Entwickler übernimmt die volle Verantwortung von der Entwurfsphase bis zur Fertigstellung, sichert Genehmigungen und verkauft die Einheiten.
