Dazu gehört der Kauf von Wärmeübertragern als Teil eines integrierten natürlichen Gas-Vorwärmesystems. GNI kann alle oder Teile der PBU und Wärmeübertrager beschaffen. Während des Rahmenzeitraums können zusätzliche Dienstleistungen, Arbeiten und Lieferungen erforderlich sein, z. B. die Bereitstellung von Kesseln und allen Nebenanlagen zur sicheren und effizienten Betriebsführung der PBU. GNI behält sich das Recht vor, Prüfungen (einschließlich Lieferantenqualitätsprüfungen) durchzuführen.
