Provide a multidisciplinary, engineering-led consultancy team for engineering and appraisal services to support the Port Access Northern Cross Route Phase 3 through procurement, construction and closeout. The project involves approximately 1.08 km of new carriageway, a rail underbridge approximately 10.5 m wide and 20 m long, and ancillary works.

Provide mechanical and electrical contracting services, inclusive of PSCS, for gas upgrade works at Coláiste Mhuire Co-Ed, Castlemeadows, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Construct the Gracefield Road to Vernon Avenue Active Travel Scheme along a 2.6 km route. Works include protected cycle lanes in both directions, footpath and junction upgrades, carriageway reconfiguration, site clearance, pavement and kerb works, traffic islands, public lighting, signs and road markings, drainage, traffic signals and ducting, utilities, landscaping and urban realm works, bike stands, and temporary traffic management. Upgrade seven signal-controlled junctions.

Supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems at An Post properties throughout the Republic of Ireland, with maintenance during the applicable warranty period. The system may also be used for later call-offs for support, maintenance and/or ongoing enhancements, without guaranteed volume.

Provide a maritime data analysis system that captures, collects, stores, searches, queries, visualises and updates maritime big data; analyses maritime risks and identifies or categorises high-risk threats; and produces risk alerts or profiles, periodic strategic overviews and maritime area analyses for border, coast guard and law enforcement authorities.

Supply and fit a new gas central heating system at Scoil Úna Naofa Primary School, including mechanical and engineering works. The existing 30-year-old system is at end of life; works are to be completed in the school basement.

Construct a two-storey extension providing general school accommodation and an ASD unit, revise the site entrance at Mill Road, and complete all associated site works at De La Salle College, Dundalk, Co. Louth.

Electrical infrastructure upgrade works at St James's Hospital under a framework agreement, including electrical installation, engineering and maintenance-related works.

Act as development partner with South Dublin County Council to identify and deliver an optimal scheme for Council-owned land at Kishogue Urban Centre, Clonburris SDZ, subsectors KUC-S1, KUC-S2 and KUC-S3. Scope includes planning, detailed design, construction, delivery and sale of an estimated 640 homes (subject to planning permission), comprising anticipated 120 social homes, at least 260 affordable-purchase homes and up to 260 cost-rental homes; delivery of 900 m² of commercial property; and progressing identification of a site for 6,300 m² of future employment use.

Provide high-throughput transient antibody production and characterisation services for an active discovery programme. Research-use only; GMP manufacture is not required. Demonstrate data integrity practices aligned with 21 CFR Part 11 principles where reasonably achievable.
