Provide conservation services for selected objects in Norwegian churches, including painted interiors, lime paintings and fixtures in protected churches; glue-coloured decoration in listed and protected churches; and fixtures dating from before 1537. The framework also encompasses specialist conservation expertise and related assessment work described in the selection requirements.

Provide end-to-end cadastral surveying services, including notifications, surveying meetings, fieldwork, calculations and case documentation. Upload protocols, calculation records, annexes and SOSI/KOF files continuously to the municipality’s case system.

Construct public floating dock facilities at the fishing harbour in Salthella, Austevoll municipality.

Renovation works at Persaunet Camp in Trondheim.

Provide external planning consultancy services, including municipal social plans, area plans, coastal zone plans, area sub-plans and area development plans. Other municipal-owner plan types may be commissioned where a specific need and justification exist.

Provide consultancy for structural evaluations, numeric simulations, advanced strength calculations for structures exposed to extreme threat-event loads, and development of calculation methods and simple software tools.

Provide ongoing service, expert inspections and minor repairs for approximately 50 municipal doors across multiple locations. Advise on future upgrades; minor repairs are limited to NOK 30,000 excluding VAT per case.

Provide GIS analysis consultancy to meet the Environment Agency’s GIS competence and capacity needs under a framework agreement.

Provide plumbing services, mainly hourly work, materials, or a combination, for operation, maintenance and new procurement of plumbing installations in the Rena, Elverum and Hamar areas. Framework call-offs are allocated by rotation, with mini-competitions for orders above NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT.
