Vy etablerer og videreutvikler en vedlikeholdsorganisasjon for å støtte et nytt vedlikeholdsmodell. Konsulentene skal bidra med analyser, prognoser og dokumentasjonsaktiviteter som gir grunnlag for optimal planlegging av vedlikeholdsaktiviteter, reservedeler og bemanning gjennom hele kontraktsperioden.
