The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of uniform communication services that shall support the contracting authority's strategic and operative communication work. The framework agreement shall ensure access to relevant competence and capacity within communication consultancy services, content production and further development and management of the entity's digital communication areas. In order to ensure efficient, secure and stable management of the digital surfaces, it is necessary that the tenderer also provides hosting and technical support for the systems.

The contracting authority in the competition is Hadsel municipality. The aim is to procure a modern, user friendly and future orientated system that supports municipal case handling, document capture, archiving, insight, work flow, reporting and secure management of the municipality's documentation. The procurement will include system, implementation, migration, integrations, training, operation/support, security/privacy and further development. Particular emphasis will be put on compliance with the current archive and privacy regulations, good user friendliness, integration with relevant trade systems and Microsoft 365/Entra ID, as well as safe migration and exit options.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for purchasing and leasing iOS tablets, including accessories in accordance with the requirement specifications.

Procurement of a new operational control plant for all water and sewage installations in Fredrikstad municipality. Framework agreement for delivery of new PLC installations, upgrading PLS installations at existing stations, work in connection with changes/additions to the operations control plant and automation work on other installations within water and sewage. Electronic tool that supports the core activities of the Church of Norway. The tool shall respond to needs connected to handling contact information, communication with contacts, management of premises and personnel resources, as well as planning and carrying out church actions and events.

Process support and system tools for the prevention and reduction of sick leave, including a service framework agreement and SSA-L for system tools.

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) intends to enter into a contract for a cloud-based learning management platform (LMS). The purpose of the procurement is to ensure a modern and user-friendly learning platform that supports UDI's work on competence development and knowledge sharing.

Establishment and delivery of a KI work surface with access to KI assistants and simpler KI-agents, including access to underlying language models, the necessary platform and infrastructure, as well as functionality for managing security, privacy and costs. The system shall be able to use relevant data sources in DFǾs activities as a basis for search, analysis and content generation, as well as support safe and controlled use of KI in accordance with the current regulations. The procurement also includes establishment, implementation and any training support.
