The project includes complete re-entry of approx. 205 m2, re-entry of a complete school building on the existing concrete cover approx. 950 m2, alteration of buildings not directly damaged by the fire, and demolition of existing buildings approx. 250 m2. Total area approx. 2,525 m2 gross.
