Contract area 1 Porsgrunn comprises winter maintenance services for Statsbygg's properties in Porsgrunn, including USN Campus Porsgrunn. The assignment includes, among other things, snow clearing, gritting, removal and moving of snow as well as other winter maintenance services.

The Contracting Authority needs cleaning services for various areas at Haukeland University Hospital. The assignment includes cleaning of monorail rails in roofs (2.65 km), as well as cleaning selected areas in production and transport zones.

Cleaning of premises in Prinsens gate 39 and 41 (approx. 2,300 m2) and Sorgenfri (approx. 200 m2), and canteen services in Prinsensgate 39.
