Both active ECDC staff members and successful candidates before commencing employment at ECDC are required to undergo a medical examination in accordance with the specific requirements of the European Commission. In order to comply with these requirements, ECDC seeks a contractor who is able to ensure the medical service for the ECDC staff. The contractor has to be able to offer the services of a medical centre as required for pre-employment and annual medical tests and examinations as well as provide services on occupational health issues. The staff members working at the ECDC represents all EU nationalities. The number of staff entitled to medical services is approximately 350 (around 60% of women and 40% of men). The successful contractor is requested to carry out the tasks of a medical centre in charge of pre-employment and annual medical check-ups and provide the range of general, preventive and occupational medical services.

Health check-up services for employees of the Ministry of Interior on the territory of the SVR Bitola. Services include examinations by specialists (occupational medicine, internist, ophthalmologist, otorhinolaryngologist, neuropsychiatrist, psychologist), technical medical staff (nurses, lab technicians), and authorized aviation doctors (AME certified for class 2 and 4).

RTÉ is seeking proposals for the supply of an Occupational Health and Advisory Service in order to assist RTÉ in the management of sick absence and provide appropriate professional advice by attending regular meetings and medically examining / assessing of employees as required at a clinic reasonably accessible to RTÉ staff or from time to time at a regional location. Tenderer should have a proven experience and track record of providing occupational medical health advice and services to similarly sized companies and have proven experience with Irish employment legislation, health and Safety and health regulations. There should be at least 2 occupational physicians employed by the company/practice and one occupational health nurse. Provision of onsite flu vaccinations Cork Approx 20 per year (half day) and Dublin Approx 525 (generally over 4 days), this is carried out in September/October each year. Electronic registration is required and this is managed by the supplier. These are indicative volumes and are subject to change and locations may also change.

Provision of company health services, mainly comprising desk work as well as on-site surveys and meetings. The services include company nursing, physiotherapy, ergo therapy, psychology/organisation psychology, doctor/work medicine, and occupational hygienics.
