The objective of the procurement is to ensure that Telemark county fulfils its statutory obligations relating to company health services. The Company Health Service shall contribute to systematic, preventive and risk based HSE work, prevent work-related illness and injury and promote a health promoting working environment. The service shall support the managers and the organisation in the HSE work, contribute to the early identification and management of working environment challenges and ensure access to relevant multi-disciplinary competence.

The aim of establishing a joint company health service is to provide the municipalities with uniform company health services and IA services to the employees in the municipalities and that at the same time fulfil the requirements in the Working Environment Act and regulations thereof on the organisation and development of HSE. The company health service shall actively participate in the preventive protection and working environment work in the municipalities.

The procurement includes statutory and other company health services, including assistance within systematic HSE work, following up sick leave, working environment mapping, health surveys, courses and advice. The tenderer shall offer a multi-disciplinary company health service with access to relevant professional resources and a digital system for ordering, reporting and statistics.

Provision of company health services, mainly comprising desk work as well as on-site surveys and meetings. The services include company nursing, physiotherapy, ergo therapy, psychology/organisation psychology, doctor/work medicine, and occupational hygienics.

Framework agreement for the provision of company health services to Vestfold county. The procurement shall safeguard the Contracting Authority's statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act with associated regulations, as well as assist employers, employees, working environment committees, safety representatives etc. in creating health promoting and safe working conditions for all employees.
