The competition is for the delivery of a cloud system for general case handling. The procurement's value is estimated to: above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a digital system, where the procurement's nature means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environment supervisor. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h. See the contract for more information.

The competition is for the delivery of a joint electronic patient journal (EPJ) for the public dental health service, with integration with a joint storage system. The system is provided as a continual service including operation, development and management.

The competition is for the delivery of a system for the procurement and administration of digital teaching aids, teaching aids, teaching resources and production tools - hereafter collectively called digital teaching aids. The procurement also includes a web system for ordering, overview and administration of licences. The system handles reports and statistics showing both the procurement of licences and the actual use of the licences. The contracting authority needs the system to be delivered as an ongoing service.

The aim of this notice is to fill a role as an ABAP developer in CIT DRIV. The consultant shall take care of the role within ABAP with a focus within the SAP modules ECC and SRM and primarily within the discipline HR, secondary to Logistics, Finance and Structure.

The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) is the contracting authority and responsible for implementing the procurement. FMA is a part of the defence sector, directly under the Ministry of Defence (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans. FMA ́s main assignments are planning, procurement, management and disposal of material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other departments under FD. Organisational reasons can be required during the contract period to transfer the resource to Cyber Defence ́s IT Department (CIT) DRIV. DRIV is responsible for the technical operation and further development (DEVSECOPS) of the Joint Integrated Management System (FIF). FIF is a SAP ERP system integrated with a number of other different applications. Internal processes are based on flexible frameworks (Scrum, SAFE), the Security Act and different industry standards for safety and ITIL for operation. DRIV consists of approx. 150 persons, most of whom are located in Oslo. Both employees and consultants staff the organisation. The aim of this notice is to fill the role of solution expert SAP Basis in project P1160 'Critical Upgrading of ERP'. The consultant will be a part of the enabling team SAP-Basis in CIT DRIV AGM and shall take care of the role within the discipline SAP Basis. The role can involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
