ARCHITECTURAL or BUILDING SURVEYOR Consultancy Services for the work projects consisting of: • The repair of defective render at Athy Community College, Athy, Co. Kildare • The replacement and automation of doors at the main entrance to Ard Scoil Rath Iomghain, Rathangan, Co. Kildare • Roof repair works to two prefabricated buildings and the PE hall at Ard Scoil Rath Iomghain, Rathangan, Co. Kildare

The OPW owns Osmond House, an office building built during the 1970’s. Originally four storeys, a fifth floor and two wings were added in the 1990’s. An opportunity now exists to appraise this building with a view to carrying out a construction project that will maximize the asset’s value in line with environmental best practice, office standards, urban design objectives, all to a high level of architectural quality. This project is to be executed from feasibility to completion in stages as a number of individual projects. The first project is Stage (i) Feasibility Study/Preliminary Report.

Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services for the Provision of Infrastructure Delivery at IDA Lands located at Haynestown and Killally, Dundalk, Co. Louth. The Multi disciplinary design team consultancy services should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a project manager, civil and roads engineer, quantity surveyor, PSDP, planner and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the contract.

The successful Consultants appointed to the Framework may be required to provide a comprehensive range of professional consultancy services to support the planning, design, procurement and delivery of energy efficiency, sustainability and decarbonisation projects across the MTU estate. The services shall be delivered in accordance with applicable legislation, MTU policies and procedures, relevant funding requirements, the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), Infrastructure Guidelines, Building Regulations, health and safety legislation, and recognised industry best practice.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for external assistance with quantitative uncertainty analyses in selected investment projects within property, building and construction. The analyses shall clarify uncertainty connected to time, cost and quality, as well as identifying measures to reduce risk and utilise opportunities.

Sub-contract 1 comprises the procurement of sample taking equipment, analysis and consultancy services for Oslo University Hospital, Akershus University Hospital HF and Sykehuset Innlandet HF. The following health authorities in Helse Sør-Øst shall have an option to join sub-contract 1 during the agreement period. The option is for the following health companies: Sunnaas Sykehus HF, Sykehuset i Vestfold HF, Sykehuset Telemark HF, Sykehuset Østfold HF and Sørlandet Sykehus HF.

Consultancy services within property management. Typical services include: Professional communication and guidance, general knowledge of building systems (building physics/statics, HVAC, electrical installations, gas and cooling installations, energy installations, acoustics and fire, condition analysis strategies, sustainability and environment), ability to explain legal and financial requirements, assistance with compound problems involving laws, finances and installation/service requirements, multi-disciplinary analyses within the MOM area, assistance in construction projects (environment, energy, life cycle costs, operation), and follow-up of organisational and system-oriented projects.

Inland Fisheries Ireland is seeking to procure multidisciplinary consultancy services to assist with the delivery of a Barrier Mitigation Project, Doneraile Weirs on the Awbeg River in Doneraile, Co. Cork, through the completion of Phases 1 to 3. The appointed Consultant will undertake all necessary engineering, environmental and planning services required to progress the project through feasibility, option selection, and statutory consent stages in accordance with the Planning and Development Acts 2000–2023, the Capital Works Management Framework, and Infrastructure Guidelines 2023. The Barrier Mitigation Project aims to mitigate the impacts of the identified barriers on fish passage and restore more natural river processes along the associated rivers. The commission forms a specific action under Ireland’s Water Action Plan 2024 and supports implementation of the National Barrier Mitigation Programme to deliver improved ecological status under the EU Water Framework Directive. The Consultant will act as the Designer, Project Supervisor Design Process during all Phases of the project and carry out all related necessary duties.
