Tipperary County Council has identified the need to engage the services of an Engineering Consultancy led, single point, multi-disciplinary design team to advance the preliminary design, detailed design, statutory planning requirements, enabling and procurement to progress the Lisbunny Link Road Scheme, including carrying out the duties of PSDP, along with the procurement of other services, surveys and investigations as required to advance the scheme. The subject of this brief is located on the outskirts of Nenagh town centre within the Municipal District of Nenagh, County Tipperary. The scheme is located between the R445 Dublin Road to the south and the L1211 Old Birr Road to the north. It incorporates a new extension of the existing L5146 Lisbunny Industrial Park road to join the L1211. The proposed new extension is approximately 350 metres in length. Options for the upgrade of the existing L5146 are to be examined and designed within the brief also. The length of existing road potentially to be upgraded is approximately 550 metres. This tender is for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement and the initial contract being for CWMF Stages (i) to (iii). Subsequent Stages may be called off from the Framework.

Engineering Consultancy Services for the Ardmore Road to N52 IDA Baltrasna Roundabout Link Road, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

Design and build contract for the M5 Civil Works South (CWS) package, an important component of the Copenhagen metro system's expansion. The M5 line is a fully automated driverless metro system. MAIN COMPONENTS: approx 6.5 km twin bored TBM tunnels, 5 underground stations (incl. 3 transfer stations), 2 underground crossovers, 1 shaft, 5 cross passages, 1 ramp, approx 2.0 km viaduct, 1 elevated station, 1 viaduct cross-over, 1 elevated bifurcation, short embankment sections. Phase 1 encompasses the southern section of the line, from north-west of København H to north of v/Prags Boulevard, with an anticipated operational commencement in 2036.

The OPW owns Osmond House, an office building built during the 1970’s. Originally four storeys, a fifth floor and two wings were added in the 1990’s. An opportunity now exists to appraise this building with a view to carrying out a construction project that will maximize the asset’s value in line with environmental best practice, office standards, urban design objectives, all to a high level of architectural quality. This project is to be executed from feasibility to completion in stages as a number of individual projects. The first project is Stage (i) Feasibility Study/Preliminary Report.

The Multi disciplinary design team consultancy services should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a project manager, civil and roads engineer, quantity surveyor, PSDP, planner and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the contract.

The successful framework members will be required to provide an Architect-led Integrated Design Team incorporating, as a minimum, the following disciplines: Architectural Services, Quantity Surveying Services, Civil and Structural Engineering Services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, Fire Safety Consultancy, Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
