Tenders for Financial and insurance services

The Norwegian Directorate of Health (the Customer), as the agency board for Helfo, shall enter into a contract with a tenderer who can assist Helfo with administering a refund of health expenses from members of the Norwegian National Insurance Act, who are entitled to an expanded allowance in the United States in accordance with the National Insurance Act § 5-24. The service includes, among other things, negotiations of discounted prices with health service providers for health services covered by the National Insurance Act § 5-24. The customer would like a service with the following central attributes: Good widespread network of qualified health service providers, High availability for members, Good control and high efficiency in the treatment of requirements and settlement, High security in the treatment and transfer of personal data, Defence cost level for health care in USA, Transparent and verifiable price and remuneration models.

Insurance Brokerage and Advisory Services

Provision of Insurance Brokerage, Placement and Advisory Services for the BusConnects Dublin Core Bus Corridors project. The project involves the development of on-going bus priority infrastructure, improved pedestrian and cycling facilities on key corridors across the Dublin region. Its objective is to increase the capacity of the public bus system by improving the speeds, reliability and punctuality of buses by providing bus lanes and other measures to prioritise the movement of buses over general traffic movements and to increase cycling capacity through the provision of safe cycle infrastructure.
