The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements that cover the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for courses and conference services throughout Norway. The competition is for the provision of hotel services for The International Sami Film Institute AS. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.

Haugesund municipality needs transport of cooled food to care users and between different production and preparation kitchens. In addition to catering deliveries internally in the municipality. The tenderer shall provide transport services in the period 09.00-14.00 Tuesday - Friday, there is an average need for approx. 20 hours transport services a week.

The procurement comprises hotel services and individual overnight stays. Overnight stays connected to conferences or courses are not included in these framework agreements. The framework agreements shall cover the contracting authority's need for overnight stays and the areas are divided between geographical limitations.

Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of overtime food with delivery. Tradebrokers members are spread nationwide and the agreement shall be nationwide if possible. Tenderers are requested to describe their geographical presence with any collaborating partners.
