Tenders for Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services

The competition is for the provision of hotel services for The International Sami Film Institute AS. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.

The procurement comprises hotel services and individual overnight stays. Overnight stays connected to conferences or courses are not included in these framework agreements. The framework agreements shall cover the contracting authority's need for overnight stays and the areas are divided between geographical limitations.

Distinctive and unique hotels around the Norway where it is otherwise difficult to find hotels. The hotels ought to offer accommodation and conference options, as well as team-building activities.

Day package for meetings and conferences (≥10 participants) including meeting rooms with technical equipment, break food, lunch, water, coffee, and tea. Half day package for meetings (≥10 participants) including meeting rooms with technical equipment, water, coffee, and tea. Accommodation in standard rooms including breakfast for ≥10 participants. Two course dinners including main course and dessert. Three course dinners including starter, main course and dessert.
