Repurchase of framework agreement. Repair and maintenance services of building installations, specifically plumbing and sanitary works.

Provision of plumbing services in connection with maintenance and upgrades. Error searching and repairing technical installations in the discipline. Renovation or installation of technical installations within the discipline. Relevant courses for municipal operational personnel. Consultancy services, special competence and engineering design services within the discipline. Sales and delivery of pipe components and other parts that come with the discipline. Acute assignments, all days at all times of the day, which can occur in connection with operational deviations on municipal buildings and sites.

The procurement is for a framework agreement for plumbing services and the accompanying materials. The delivery shall cover the municipality's need for service, repairs and maintenance in buildings and technical installations, as well as assistance with acute events and planned assignments. The framework agreement includes plumbing work and the delivery of material necessary for the execution of the assignments. This can include, among other things, work on sanitary installations, pipe network, fittings, pipe parts as well as replacement of equipment and components.

The subject of this period contract is the provision of facilities maintenance and upgrading services including but not limited to: 1. Plumbing issues and repairs 2. Drainage problems and repairs 3. Waterproofing works 4. Membrane repairs 5. Minor Electrical repairs 6. General civil and minor building repairs 7. Façade repairs and maintenance 8. Painting and plastering works 9. Tile laying and Fixing works 10. Furniture fixings 11. Installation of general items 12. Gate and shutter repairs 13. Industrial Cleaning Services 14. Site Upkeep and Routine Maintenance 15. Transportation of Goods 16. Any other handyman duties as assigned by the Contracting Authority to achieve the scope of this contract.
