The competition is for the delivery of a cloud system for general case handling. The procurement's value is estimated to: above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of a digital system, where the procurement's nature means that the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environment supervisor. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h. See the contract for more information.

The CRU requires access to an integrated, off-the-shelf software solution comprising Board Governance and Risk Management functionality. The solution may be delivered through a single platform, separate modules, partner components provided that the Tenderer acts as the prime contractor and remains fully responsible for the configuration, delivery, integration, implementation, training, performance, security, support, maintenance and contractual obligations of the complete solution. The complete integrated solution is expected to support approximately 100 users overall, comprising approximately 40 users of the Board Governance functionality and 60 users of the Risk Management functionality.

The competition is for the delivery of a joint electronic patient journal (EPJ) for the public dental health service, with integration with a joint storage system. The system is provided as a continual service including operation, development and management.

The contract is for volume licence agreements and it is aimed at the dealer chain. The objective of the framework agreement is to procure licences, administration and consultancy services for licence agreements with large volumes for the contracting authority's member municipalities. The tenderer must offer a licence management portal. The contracting authority will emphasise that the tenderer can also offer service and support etc. in the contract period. The tenderer is required to provide good services at all times. The objective of the procurement is to reduce the purchasing costs, simplify procurements of licences, as well as ensure good administration of these.

Enterprise Ireland wishes to establish a Single Party Framework for a Digital Platform for Startup Ireland National Accelerator, New Frontiers and Irish Business Innovation Centre Programmes. Startup Ireland is a central initiative, established to enhance alignment and collaboration across the national start-up ecosystem. It is a national government initiative led by Enterprise Ireland under the Action Plan for Competitiveness and Productivity, to strengthen Ireland's capacity to create, grow, and scale indigenous businesses. Startup Ireland leads on the design, implementation, coordination and delivery of the new National Accelerator Programme with a core objective to support the creation of 1,000 new start-up businesses by 2029, alongside a wider ambition to support entrepreneurial activity nationally and regionally.
