The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of services for the management and further development of the National Archive's website nasjonalarkivet.no (WordPress). The website was launched in November 2025. Due to an extended extent of development on the site than was first anticipated, the National Archive announces a new competition for the service.

Includes procurement/renewals, continual support and maintenance of existing and new software licences, new procurements and replacements of software licences, license management and consultancy services (ordering, administration, invoicing), reporting, assistance with audits and negotiations with suppliers. Option for Software Asset Management (SAM) tool implementation and advisory services.

Enterprise Ireland wishes to establish a Single Party Framework for a Digital Platform for Startup Ireland National Accelerator, New Frontiers and Irish Business Innovation Centre Programmes. Startup Ireland is a central initiative, established to enhance alignment and collaboration across the national start-up ecosystem. It is a national government initiative led by Enterprise Ireland under the Action Plan for Competitiveness and Productivity, to strengthen Ireland's capacity to create, grow, and scale indigenous businesses. Startup Ireland leads on the design, implementation, coordination and delivery of the new National Accelerator Programme with a core objective to support the creation of 1,000 new start-up businesses by 2029, alongside a wider ambition to support entrepreneurial activity nationally and regionally.

The Directorate of Fisheries would like to enter into a framework agreement for future orientated systems for geographical information that enables to maintain high quality of relevant content and a high level of service for its external and internal users. Visualisation and treatment of geodata is an important input factor for achieving the Directorate of Fisheries ́ aim and solving our social mission. The Directorate of Fisheries prioritises geographical information systems (GIS) and would like systems that integrate geodata (visualisation, use, analysis and forecasting) within the Directorate of Fisheries ́s areas of responsibility and activity.
