Tenders for IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support in Norway

In order to strengthen the ability to detect, notify and handle IT events, the Norwegian Mapping Authority shall procure a 24 hour (24/7/365) service for proactive security monitoring and support for incident handling IT security events in the Contracting Authority's IT environment. This involves entering into a collaboration with a tenderer who provides a service that safeguards security monitoring, detection and incident management, where the security partner can also give the Contracting Authority quick access to expertise for assistance with major security incidents (IRT team). Services are requested that have elements from different categories of security services such as managed security services, SOC (security operations centre), incident response team and Managed detection & response (MDR). Proactive monitoring and notification and partial handling of vulnerabilities are expected, and not only reactive handling in the event of major unwanted events. The procured service is cosourcing and vulnerabilities and incidents shall be solved in cooperation with the Norwegian Mapping Authority ́s employees and partly in The Norwegian Mapping Authority's infrastructure. Kartverket has already established security and operational environments and the procurement must therefore focus on integration, operative interaction and further development.

Beschaffung eines neuen Systems zur Verwaltung mobiler Einheiten im Gesundheits- und Wohlfahrtswesen. Dies umfasst ca. 1200 Samsung-Tablets und Mobiltelefone, die von Mitarbeitern in verschiedenen Dienstleistungsbereichen verwendet werden. Anskaffelse av et nytt, standardisert, sikkert og moderne, skybasert lønnssystem som erstatter det nåværende systemet. Systemet skal støtte behovene innen lønn på kort og lang sikt.

Consultancy services for the design of an integration system. The objective is to establish a standardised, secure and scalable information flow between customers' trade systems and DFØ's accounting system. The work includes laying the architectonic and technical frameworks before development and implementation starts. Experienced consultants with expertise in integration architecture are sought. The assignments follow sprint-based methodology and coordinate with DFØ's development environment.

Hjelmeland kommune gjennomfører en åpen anbudsrunde for å finne en prosjektansvarlig for leie av arbeidet med felleslokalisering av Årdal og Hjelmeland sin beskyttet boenhet. Det nye senteret skal inneholde følgende tjenester: Heildøgns institusjon for lang tid (sjukeheim), kort tid, hjemmesenter, ergoterapeut, dagsenter, beskyttet bo. Hvis kommunen driver et produksjonskjøkken, bør dette være felleslokalisert med velferdstjenestene. Lokale hjelpetjenester i sentrum av Hjelmeland. For å utnytte alle fordelene ved felleslokalisering, må det lages planer for en trinnvis utvikling av området til et multifunksjonelt og fremtidsrettet helsehus, med både beskyttet boenhet, helsehuset, skadestue, ambulansestasjon og andre relevante helsemessige tjenester. Prosjektet skal utarbeide en plan for etterbruk, med sikte på utvikling av en leilighetsbygning med ulike fellesfunksjoner.

Anskaffelse av Microsoft-lisenser eller abonnementer for Microsoft-produkter, inkludert Microsoft Education-lisenser. Ytelse av hjelp til implementering av nye lisenser, feilsøking og assistanse ved problemer med lisenser, samt rådgivning i forhold til lisenser/bruk av lisenser. Oppsett av portaler for enkel oversikt over lisenser inkludert kostnader og forfallsdato.

Anskaffelse av et analyseverktøy for bruk i mobilitetsplanlegging. Verktøyet skal samle og sammenstille data for reiser og trafikk.

Design, development, establishment and operation of a new website for the Competition Authority (konkurransetilsynet.no). The delivery includes design and development of the website, establishment of suitable CMS, preparation of appropriate information architecture and structured content, migration of existing content, testing and launching. In addition, operation, support and management of the system in the contract period, including further development based on changed needs and priorities.
