The resting place shall include parking places for 20 wagon trains and a service facility with toilets, showers and charging stations. The 24 hour resting place shall be ready for opening at the latest 24 months after the contract has been signed and the contract will apply for 10 years from the opening hours. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1+1 year, so that the total possible lease period is 12 years.
