Beschaffung und Nutzung von Microsoft-Lizenzen sowie Fortsetzung der Software Assurance-Leistungen für Microsoft-Produkte im Rahmen eines neuen Enterprise Agreement (EA) Vertrages. Dazu gehören die Erwerbung zusätzlicher Lizenzen und die Sicherstellung der Lizenzverwaltung.

The Norwegian Environment Agency shall enter into a framework agreement with a provider who can see to the organisation's total need for the procurement, administration and administration of Microsoft licences and subscriptions. The objective of the procurement is to ensure cost effective, flexible and future orientated access to software, cloud services, licence management and accompanying consulting services. The framework agreement shall cover the delivery and management of Microsoft's licence and contract programs, including the Enterprise Agreement (EA), the Cloud Solution Program (CSP), Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) and any subsequent or equivalent forms of agreement. The agreement shall also provide access to the purchase of standard software licences (off the shelf) from Microsoft and other relevant software suppliers.
