The objective of the procurement is to enter into an ongoing service contract for cleaning services for Nord-Trøndelag Regional Psychiatric Centre (DPS). The building has two floors with a partial base divided between 3,900 m2. Internal ceilings have been executed as both a system and ceilings. Walls are carried out in plaster with painted strip. Wet rooms are mostly tiled. Vinyl, tile and parquet are chosen as the surface of the floor.

ØKOBAR is a new national analysis programme that shall develop and operate a joint analysis platform for the use of molecular methods in biological monitoring. The programme includes analyses of marine phytoplankton, zooplankton and benthic fauna, as well as biological diversity in soil samples. The sample material is obtained through the existing monitoring programmes under the auspices of the Norwegian Environment Agency.

The Norwegian Environment Agency shall establish a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for forest inventory as part of the work with forest protection. The mapping will be carried out after standard instruction or based on the assignment description. The mapping will normally include mapping in accordance with NiN, species registrations and textual descriptions.

Konkurransen er delt inn i 24 disipliner, inkludert arkitekt, landskapsarkitekt, ingeniørtjenester innen bygg, VVS, elektro, vei, brann, geoteknikk, miljø, akustikk, vannløpsteknikk, landanskaffelse og prosjektledelse. Leverandører kan kvalifisere seg for en eller flere disipliner. Ordningen innebærer to trinn: kvalifikasjon og deretter minikonkurranser ved behov i deltakerkommunene.
