The supply to be purchase is a LED solar simulator needed to calibrate large-area photovoltaic solar modules at STC (Standard Test Conditions). The simulator must conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard. It must have a tuneable spectrum with a spectral range and a minimum effective measurement area of a rectangle. The simulator must be capable of operating in both pulsed mode and continuous mode. The simulator must provide active module temperature control under continuous operation.

Leasing and full administration of the county's vehicles through a framework agreement. The delivery includes official vehicles, goods vans and special vehicles. The tenderer shall handle ongoing vehicle administration from ordering and follow-up to coordination of service, maintenance and other administrative assignments connected to the fleet.
