La présente consultation a pour objet la conception, l'intégration, le déploiement, l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'évolution d'une plateforme numérique collaborateur multi-entités, sécurisée et accessible, destinée à l'ensemble des personnels de l'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild et de ses entités, en remplacement du portail actuel " Intrafor ". Le titulaire assure l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, depuis la notification du marché jusqu'à la réversibilité complète de la solution : - cadrage, conception fonctionnelle et technique, architecture de l'information et prototypage ; - conception UX / UI, système de design et intégration de la charte graphique de l'établissement ; - paramétrage, développements et intégration au système d'information existant ; - mise en oeuvre de l'annuaire unifié et de l'organigramme, par fusion des quatre annuaires existants; - mise en oeuvre du portail de services, du catalogue de démarches et de son articulation avec la plateforme de ticketing en production ; - mise en oeuvre progressive, sécurisée et explicable des fonctions d'intelligence artificielle ; - préparation et reprise des contenus, tests, pilote multi-populations et déploiement ; - accompagnement du changement, formation, documentation et assistance au démarrage ; - garantie, maintenance corrective, préventive et évolutive, support et réversibilité.

Vývoj moderního systému pro tvorbu rozdělovníku, který zajistí efektivní, bezpečné a uživatelsky přívětivé plánování směn v nepřetržitém provozu. Systém umožní vytvářet rozdělovník pokrývající všechny požadované směny a umožní spravovat data v souladu s definicemi uvedenými v zadávacích podmínkách. Systém bude koncipován jako webová aplikace zahrnující tři samostatná rozhraní – Planner, My Roster a ATS Panel. Rozvoj a údržba systému budou zajišťovány dodavatelsky po dobu životnosti systému, tedy po dobu 10 let.

De opdracht omvat de levering, implementatie, configuratie, gegevensmigratie, integratie, opleiding, hosting, correctief en evolutief onderhoud en ondersteuning van een geïntegreerde financiële ERP-oplossing in SaaS-vorm voor de Regie voor Gevangenisarbeid (Cellmade). De oplossing moet onder meer betrekking hebben op: algemene boekhouding; analytische boekhouding; begrotingsboekhouding; beheer van derden; CRM; aankoopbeheer; verkoopbeheer en facturatie; beheer van vaste activa; goedkeuringsworkflows; wettelijke rapportering; PEPPOL-koppelingen; CODA/FEBELFIN-bankinterfaces; integratie met de GRATI-toepassing; gegevensmigratie; een afzonderlijke UAT-omgeving; tweetalige opleiding (FR/NL); een verplichte Proof of Concept. De oplossing moet uitsluitend binnen de Europese Unie worden gehost en voldoen aan de vereisten inzake GDPR, informatiebeveiliging en naleving zoals opgenomen in het bestek.
