ESB requires a cloud-based, digital survey AI-powered tool that provides granular, real-time insights into employee engagement, sentiment, and inclusion, as well as monitoring and measuring our culture, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

The subject of this procurement is the Integrated Information System for consolidation of the billing of various public utilities and fees into a single invoice for each customer. It is the unified and centralized system for invoicing, calculation, collection and management of various fees, contributions, utility and other services. It is „responsible“ for approximately 14-18 million EUR of monthly revenue and that is achieved through some 450 - 500K individual invoices per month (printed). The current billing system is End-Of-life.

An Post is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of specialist Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineering and implementation services. This Qualification System is intended to support the delivery of secure, production grade AI capabilities across An Post and its subsidiary operations, where AI solutions must be designed, built, integrated, deployed, and operated at scale within regulated and security sensitive environments. This Qualification System is focused on hands on AI engineering capability. It is not intended to focus on AI strategy, advisory services, or data engineering services. It is intended to secure specialist AI engineering and implementation capability and is not intended to procure a supplier-owned standalone AI platform, core hosting environment or proprietary technology stack.

Provision of Web and App Analytics Services including consulting, software development, Internet and support services. Establishment of a multi-supplier Qualification Panel for delivering high-quality analytics services across An Post’s digital platforms, operating in a secure, data-sensitive environment supporting An Post’s digital strategy.
