Služby spočívající v poskytování služeb, podpory a rozvoje Dispečinku Správy služeb (Dispečink SSHMP) na dobu 48 měsíců v režimu 24x7. Obsahuje základní podporu (Hotline, servisní technická podpora, profylaxe systému, aplikace service packů a hotfixů, aktualizace provozní dokumentace, aktualizace mapových podkladů v modulu Mapy GIS), maintenance (poskytování nových verzí systému, opravné patche, prevence poruch, optimalizace, dokumentace), rozšířenou podporu (školení pracovníků, konzultační podpora, programové úpravy pro malé procesní změny, řešení systémových problémů, implementace systémů třetích stran, spolupráce při tvorbě koncepce, aktualizace dokumentace, programové úpravy pro funkcionality v rámci Správy Služeb HMP) a rozvoj (realizace nových modulů pro vrky, odtahy a propadlé technické prohlídky, požadavky z každodenního užívání, další rozvoj dle požadavků zadavatele).

La présente consultation a pour objet la conception, l'intégration, le déploiement, l'exploitation, la maintenance et l'évolution d'une plateforme numérique collaborateur multi-entités, sécurisée et accessible, destinée à l'ensemble des personnels de l'Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild et de ses entités, en remplacement du portail actuel " Intrafor ". Le titulaire assure l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, depuis la notification du marché jusqu'à la réversibilité complète de la solution : - cadrage, conception fonctionnelle et technique, architecture de l'information et prototypage ; - conception UX / UI, système de design et intégration de la charte graphique de l'établissement ; - paramétrage, développements et intégration au système d'information existant ; - mise en oeuvre de l'annuaire unifié et de l'organigramme, par fusion des quatre annuaires existants; - mise en oeuvre du portail de services, du catalogue de démarches et de son articulation avec la plateforme de ticketing en production ; - mise en oeuvre progressive, sécurisée et explicable des fonctions d'intelligence artificielle ; - préparation et reprise des contenus, tests, pilote multi-populations et déploiement ; - accompagnement du changement, formation, documentation et assistance au démarrage ; - garantie, maintenance corrective, préventive et évolutive, support et réversibilité.

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract for a Service Provider to provide, licence, support and maintenance for ESB's Digital workspace Monitoring Software. ESB operates the ControlUp monitoring software which enables us to leverage modern digital technologies to gather and analyse data at every critical point of our Digital Workspace infrastructure. It also provides historical data that is very important for recognising trends and proactively addressing issues. It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope): ControlUp Performance Monitoring Software. The supply of software support with licensing for the existing ESB Digital Workspace solution. Maintenance for all existing software. Management of software licences/subscriptions for all devices and software modules is required. The supply of software support with licensing for any new software added during the term of the contract. This will not be restricted to ControlUp related products as other digital monitoring solutions will be considered.

Le marché comprend les prestations de mise en œuvre de la solution, son paramétrage fonctionnel, les interfaces avec le système d'information existant, l'accompagnement au déploiement, la formation des utilisateurs, la documentation, l'assistance au démarrage, ainsi que les prestations de maintenance et de support associées. Tranche ferme : Déploiement, paramétrage et mise en service. Tranche optionnelle : Maintenance préventive, curative et évolutive.

Maintenance, support, further development and expansion of CEFTA TRACES NT and related SPS digital systems. The platform supports the electronic processing, issuance and exchange of phytosanitary certificates, veterinary health certificates, CHED-like documents, pharmaceutical permits and other SPS-related documentation and data, as well as traceability, information exchange and risk management between competent administrations. A key objective of the contract is to further develop CEFTA TRACES NT towards fully electronic, end-to-end exchange of phytosanitary and veterinary certificates within CEFTA and, progressively, with the European Union, reducing and ultimately replacing paper-based exchanges where the necessary technical conditions are in place. This will include further development of electronic certification workflows, certificate models, validation mechanisms, electronic signatures and trust services, and the interfaces required for electronic data exchange. The contract will also support the completion, further development and operationalisation of the CEFTA Notification System for plant health and food and feed safety, including notifications concerning risks, non-compliant consignments, rejections and related follow-up information. The contract will cover continuous maintenance, security, performance and reliability of the platform, as well as upgrades and new functionalities required to respond to evolving operational needs. It will also support interoperability with local SPS systems of CEFTA Parties and relevant EU and international systems, including the further development of interfaces and automated data exchange to minimise duplicate data entry. Further development will seek to maintain close technical alignment with the EU IMSOC environment and TRACES NT, as well as relevant notification and information-exchange processes linked to RASFF/iRASFF, EUROPHYT and ADIS, where applicable. The overall objective is to establish a progressively integrated SPS digital environment enabling reliable electronic exchange of certificates, notifications and other SPS information within CEFTA and between CEFTA and the EU.

Fourniture de licences E-Deal Efficy ainsi que la tierce maintenance applicative et évolutive et la maintenance corrective et préventive de l'application de Gestion de la Relation Client (CRM pour Customer Relationship Management). Les enjeux sont les suivants : - Assurer la continuité de service avec la maintenance corrective et évolutive de l'outil CRM, étant entendu que la solution est hébergée On-Premise, sur les serveurs du Système d'Information du BRGM ; - Accompagner le BRGM dans le déploiement opérationnel de l'outil CRM et son appropriation par les utilisateurs (formation, assistance technique) ; - Mobiliser une expertise de haut niveau sur le logiciel E-Deal CRM de la société Efficy et en gestion de relation client, pour conseiller sur des évolutions ou solutions à mettre en place pour corriger des situations posant des problèmes.

Assurer la reprise de l'existant et la continuité de service. Fournir des environnements de préproduction. Assurer une supervision continue du bon fonctionnement des sites hébergés (infrastructure opérationnelle, sécurité, services logiciels). Fournir et gérer les identités numériques (gestion DNS, certificats numériques).
