Modernizacja i doposażenie infrastruktury w IPCZD – Modernizacja i dostosowanie pomieszczeń na potrzeby Oddziału Otolaryngologii, Audiologii i Foniatrii w IPCZD w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” realizowanych w ramach Funduszu Medycznego. Przedmiotem opracowania jest program funkcjonalno-użytkowy (PFU), który jest materiałem bazowym do realizacji zamówienia. Zadanie obejmuje zaprojektowanie i wykonanie prac adaptacyjnych pomieszczeń, wykonanie pełnej dokumentacji projektowej, uzyskanie niezbędnych pozwoleń oraz przeprowadzenie odbioru robót.

The project comprises the implementation of a turnkey 10 MW / 20 MWh AC-coupled Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) connected to the public grid via an existing 20 kV grid connection point at an adjacent MV/HV substation in 74821 Mosbach, Germany. At the grid connection point, the storage is supposed to deliver a power of 7.5 to a maximum of 10 MW and have a capacity of 2 to a maximum of 3 hours. The BESS should preferably be based on lithium-ion or sodium-ion battery technology and designed for commercial operation in the German electricity market. The possible lithium-ion technologies will be specified in more detail during the tender. The system is expected to support, among others, participation in Frequency Containment Reserve, Automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve, Day-Ahead and Intraday markets. The project site has already been secured and is currently used as agricultural land. The existing substation is located on the adjacent property, with an estimated cable route of less than 100 m. The site is located within Water Protection Zone III, which requires appropriate consideration of water protection, containment, drainage and environmental requirements. Planning permission for this project has not yet been granted. The project is intended to be tendered as a turnkey EPC project, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, grid connection interface, testing, commissioning and handover of a fully operational BESS. The tender may also cover related maintenance services, which are subject to a Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA). The contracting authorities reserve the right to set the term of this LTSA for up to 15 years. The companies have no legal right to conclude an LTSA with a specific term. The final technical requirements, interface definitions, contractual conditions and detailed scope of work will be specified during the subsequent RFP phase.

Komplexní dodávka, odborná implementace a následné uvedení do plného provozu uceleného technologického řešení rozšíření a doplnění stávající infrastruktury datového centra. Konkrétně se jedná o instalaci a integraci prvků fyzické infrastruktury, moderního systému klimatizace, záložního zdroje elektrické energie, kamerového systému pro účely monitoringu a zabezpečení, požárně-bezpečnostních systémů a vybudování optického propojení s vyhrazenou záložní serverovnou, které zajistí vysokou dostupnost a kontinuitu provozu.

Predmetom zákazky je vybudovanie verejnej dopravnej infraštruktúry, ktorá bude zabezpečovať napojenie na existujúcu cestnú dopravnú infraštruktúru kostru ktorej tvorí v súčasnosti št. cesta I/61. Na existujúcu št. cestu I/61 sa bude park napájať prostredníctvom navrhovanej okružnej križovatky, situovanej približne v strede územia priemyselného parku.

Die Leistungen umfassen den Einbau der Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen. Für das in Zukunft geplante neue Besucherzentrum 'Kloster Michaelsberg' wird ein zentrales Entree geschaffen, welches im Sockelgeschoss des Pfortenflügels beheimatet ist und somit im direkten Zugangsbereich zur Klosteranlage liegt. Über ein großzügiges, Rundbogentor mittig des Pfortenflügels betritt der Besucher zunächst einen Vorraum, von welchem rechterhand die neue öffentliche WC-Anlage barrierefrei erreicht werden kann. Eine automatische gläserne Schiebetüranlage, welche der Toranlage hintangestellt ist, dient der klimatischen Trennung. Durch die Wiederherstellung eines ehemaligen, aktuell zugemauerten Durchgangs in der nördlichen Flurwand, gelingt die Anbindung des nördlich hieran angrenzenden, drei Joche breiten wie drei Schiffe tiefen kleinen Gewölbesaals, der ehemals der studentischen Verbindung als Aufenthalt diente. In diesem wird nun die öffentliche Toilettenanlage integriert, wobei über eine zwei Gewölbe einnehmende Erschließungszone sowohl das barrierefreie WC direkt im Zugangsbereich wie auch die im rückwärtigen Bereich befindlichen, jeweils drei Joche einnehmenden Damen - und Herren WC´s erreicht werden. Die, die unterschiedlichen Abschnitte voneinander abgrenzenden, Trenn- und Installationswände sind hierbei stets in den Gewölbescheiteln angeordnet.
