Auftragsgegenstand sind die Bauleistungen, inkl. anteiliger Planungsleistungen, für die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung (TGA) für den Neubau der Erwachsenenpsychiatrie der KRH - Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH - in Wunstorf. Der Auftrag umfasst: Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, Lüftungstechnische Anlagen, Starkstromanlagen, PV-Anlage, Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen, Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen und Gebäudeautomation. Der Auftrag umfasst NICHT Förderanlagen und Küchenausstattung.

The Land Development Agency (the “Contracting Authority” (CA) or the “LDA”) is the authority responsible for this procurement. The LDA intends to procure the appointment of a framework of specialist companies to carry out geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigations. The site investigations will typically be required for medium to large sites for residential development of low-rise houses/duplexes or medium to high rise apartment blocks.

Ein Bau-WC wird über den AG zentral zur Verfügung gestellt.

Tenderers shall have the necessary software and licences as well as qualified personnel to provide servicing on ASD installations.

Larvik municipality shall expand the existing Lillevik treatment facility with new treatment stages. This procurement is for contract E1, which is an execution contract based on NS 8405 with the contracting authority's special contract terms. The contract includes electrical installations in both new buildings and alterations, as well as outdoor work. There are separate parallel contracts for construction work, technical work and machine deliveries. Contract E1 is one of a total of 11 planned contracts in this project.

Kompleksowa rozbudowa o dodatkowych 61 sztuk fabrycznie nowych urządzeń detekcji termowizyjnej. Zakres obejmuje dostawę wraz z montażem oraz konfiguracją 61 sztuk fabrycznie nowych urządzeń detekcji termowizyjnej w obrębie przejść dla pieszych i przejazdów rowerowych, a także dostosowanie sterowników sygnalizacji świetlnej do obsługi detektorów termowizyjnych. Montaż kamer odbywać się będzie na istniejących konstrukcjach wsporczych. Opcja rozszerzająca obejmie dostawę wraz z montażem dodatkowych kamer maksymalnie w 3 lokalizacjach.
