Provision of strategic/expert advisory services, professional services secondments, project management deliverables, planning advice, alternative design options, and other consultancy services across multiple fields including architectural, engineering, environmental, financial, HR, and safety consultancy.

• Sub-duct insertion into abandoned cast-iron gas mains • Duct and sub-duct supply, installation, proving, and testing • Telecom duct network maintenance and emergency maintenance works • Standby and emergency cover • Reinstatement and service works • Traffic management • Supply of prefabricated chambers, frames, and covers • Sub-duct installation • Duct testing and commissioning • Cable installation • Provision of as-built information • Provision of resources • Attainment of required permits and consents

Iarnrf3d c9ireann (Ic9) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants to participate in the pre-qualification process to establish a Qualification System (QS) for Professional Services. This qualification system is to facilitate the delivery of professional services that integrate expertise from multiple fields to provide comprehensive solutions for Ic9 current and future projects, as well as its business plan objectives. The proposed services shall involve but not be limited to: - Provision of strategic/ expert advisory services in any of the listed areas - Professional services secondments - Provision of all deliverables as required in the relevant Phases of the Iarnrf3d c9ireann Project Management Procedures - Provision of advice on planning and other statutory processes - Development of realistic alternative options for the implementation of a project or business objectives. These alternatives may involve different routes or alignments, alternative designs, or substitute approaches that could also deliver the core project objectives
