The procurement concerns a framework agreement with one tenderer for periodic security checks of all registration obliged lifting devices that are included in Bergen municipality c/o the Department for Buildings and Properties' property portfolio. The municipality currently has 174 lifts and 132 lifting platforms. The contract can only be carried out by a certified and independent safety control body (SKO). The facilities are placed in buildings divided between three portfolios with each service provider, respectively (1) schools and nurseries, (2) administration and cultural buildings and (3) health buildings. Lists of installations with the accompanying information are attached to the tender documentation. The number of sites can be changed during the contract period due to new buildings, replacements, modernisations, disposals, temporary closures and altered buildings. Other installations in accordance with the machine directive and lift directive may be included in the contract, including the lifting devices that the municipality does not currently have. The contracting authority shall also be able to order additional services beyond periodic inspections such as sample checks, inspections of accidents, control after near-accidents, inspections after modernisation, control by alterations, inspections of owner changes, technical assistance as well as professional assessments and reviews/cooperation on systems. Such services are carried out according to the hourly rate stated in Annex 4A - Price Form. Most of the properties consist of approx. 100 schools and 60 nurseries, in addition to nursing homes, administration buildings, cultural buildings, car parks, the Bergen harbour and sports facilities, with the accompanying outside areas. Some of the buildings are listed/listed with an antiquarian value.

Mechanical engineering planning services for refurbishment and building works at the ECB Main Building and other office buildings in Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area. Trades include plumbing and public health, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration, and building management systems. The contract is a framework agreement without obligation to order services, executed via individual call-offs. Project and working language is German; reports to management may be in English.

The objective is to establish a long-term collaboration with a laboratory partner capable of delivering reliable, traceable, and regulatorily accepted test results that can be used directly as technical evidence within the conformity assessment and certification process.

The aim of establishing a joint company health service is to provide the municipalities with uniform company health services and IA services to the employees in the municipalities and that at the same time fulfil the requirements in the Working Environment Act and regulations thereof on the organisation and development of HSE. The company health service shall actively participate in the preventive protection and working environment work in the municipalities.

Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of parallel framework agreements for electrical services. The framework agreement shall cover the company's ongoing need for electrician services for the operation and maintenance of the company's properties. The portfolio consists of nurseries, nursing homes, fire stations, sheltered accommodation flats, school buildings, arts buildings and sports centres etc.

The framework agreement includes service, repairs and replacement of gates, rudders and sliding gates that occur during operation of the buildings.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration c/o National Tourist Roads wishes to enter into a framework agreement with architects (ARK) for designing tourist road projects in the period 2027-2030. The agreement includes new viewpoints and picnic places and upgrading and renewal of existing points.
