The subject of this Contract is the provision of Engineer/Supervision services for the design for the building permit, the design for construction, the as-built design and the Works under the Works Contracts for Section 3. The Works for Section 3 are implemented through two Design and Build Works Contracts: the first covering Subsections 3.1(Paracin-Stalac) 3.3 (Djunis-Trupale) and 3.4. (Trupale-Medjurovo) and the second covering Subsection 3.2. (Stalac-Djunis). The installation of ERTMS is planned under a third Works Contract; ERTMS is excluded from the scope of this Contract and will be subject to a separate procurement procedure for supervision services. The temporary signaling and telecommunication system required during the execution of the works is included in the Works Contracts and within the scope of this Contract.

Phase 1 comprises development up to one fence basis with preliminary project, target price and progress plan. Phase 2 comprises detailed engineering design services and execution of the project.

L'opération concerne la restructuration d'un corps de bâtiment existant, l'aménagement des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs, ainsi que l'aménagement scénographique. Les prestations incluent les missions de base (ESQ à DCE) et des missions complémentaires (diagnostic, coordination SSI, pilotage technique, direction artistique). Le marché comporte une tranche ferme et une tranche optionnelle.

Lindesnes municipality shall upgrade the treatment process at Grønvika treatment facility (RA). The treatment plant was commissioned in 2000 and the facility currently has BIO-P (active sludge installations) and chemical traps. The aim of the procurement is to enable the plant to meet the current phosphor requirements and make the plant more robust towards future requirements, the aim is that the plant is dimensioned to function up until the year 2050. The execution model for contract E1 - process and machine is interaction with a turnkey contract. This model starts with an interaction phase that ends with a complete and approved preliminary project. Thereafter follows the execution phase which will be carried out as a regular turnkey contract. The contracting authority has the right to cancel the contract before and in connection with the transition between the phases.

La mission comprend les prestations d'Esquisse Plus (ESQ+), les études d'avant-projet sommaire (APS), les études d'avant-projet définitif et dossiers d'autorisations administratives (APD), les études de projet et dossier de consultation des entreprises (PRO/DCE), l'assistance pour la passation des contrats de travaux (ACT), l'examen de la conformité au projet des études d'exécution et de synthèse, la direction de l'exécution des contrats de travaux (DET), l'assistance lors des opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement (AOR), les études de diagnostic (DIA), l'examen de la conformité au projet des études d'exécution (EXE partielles), le suivi de la coordination en Systèmes de Sécurité Incendie (CSSI), et la mission complémentaire facultative de Synthèse (SYN).
