The Health Services Executive (HSE) invites expressions of interest, under the Restricted Procedure, from suitably qualified services providers for the provision of design team services (including Specialist Skills Providers) per the above Lot listing for which it is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for each Lot type to award call-off contracts for Acute Healthcare Capital Works – project value €1M-€15M excl. VAT within HSE North West Area Please note that the INITIAL project forming Framework 02 for this regional / sub¬regional office NW West Area will be: Proposed Microbiology Lab incorporating ancillary site works, plus enabling work to divert existing services at Sligo University Hospital.

Technical services for an Engineering Consultancy led, Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for the Clonmel Link Roads

The Services comprise Security Services (excluding Static Guarding) and Maintenance Services for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and/or Electronic Security Systems for Saint John of God Community Services regions in Leinster.

Design and Build Contractor to complete the design and deliver capacity enhancement and transformation works at Connolly Station. The project will create a new entrance from Preston Street and a passenger concourse within the historic Victorian undercroft, together with new lifts, escalators and staircases providing improved access to Platforms 5, 6 and 7. The works will also include additional emergency escape routes, public-realm improvements, retail, operational and back-of-house spaces, heritage refurbishment, structural alterations and the installation or modification of station and railway systems. The successful Contractor will be required to review and develop the reference design through detailed design to Approved for Construction status and subsequently construct, test and commission the works. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing complete as-built and handover information. The project will be delivered within a constrained, live operational railway environment. The Contractor will be required to manage passenger circulation, railway access, construction phasing, safety assurance, stakeholder engagement, heritage requirements and interfaces with other DART+ contracts. The appointed Contractor will undertake the role of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage.

Public Realm and road works over approx. 0.5ha and building construction and refurbishment works over approximately 600sqm. The project involves the realignment of Irishtown Road and the reconstruction and repaving of Library Square and Fitzwilliam Street with significant public realm (including high quality stone paving), landscaping and SUDs improvements, along with miscellaneous utility realignment and improvement works. The project also includes the refurbishment and extension of Ringsend Library. The Contractor will be responsible for all construction works as well as the management of traffic and safety on site.
