Retrofitting of cavity barriers around gas flues and at every floor level. Building a bin store in the basement with a ventilation system. Fire alarm cable rerouting and improvements to service risers and shafts. Sealing of socket/switch boxes within fire-rated partitions. General improvement of compartmentation and passive fire protection measures.

Servicing, preventative maintenance, repair, monitoring support and emergency call-out response for CCTV and intruder alarm systems across the Dublin Bus network. The contract covers planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, monitoring support and 24-hour emergency response for security alarm and CCTV systems located across Dublin Bus depots, offices and operational facilities. The successful contractor will be required to provide planned maintenance, emergency call-out services, system testing, reporting and documentation.
