Construct 790 metres of the Newbridge Southern Ring Road, including a new five-span bridge approximately 170 metres long over the River Liffey. Complete tie-ins to existing roads and utilities, underground utilities, public lighting and associated works in a live environment.

Upgrade public lighting with LED luminaires, associated rewiring, columns, mini pillars, cabling and ducting. Plane and resurface the carriageway; construct concrete footpaths and dropped kerbs; install tactile paving, renew road markings and signage, repair gullies, and trim vegetation.

Design and build the 4 km Luas Green Line extension from Finglas to Dublin city centre, including track, four stops, stabling works, a 350-space Park and Ride, bridges, roads, utilities, power, signalling and other rail systems. Coordinate interfaces and stakeholders, integrate systems, and complete testing and commissioning.

Appoint a works contractor, including PSCS, to conserve and adapt 14–17 Moore Street and deliver a new visitor facility at 8–9 Moore Lane, Dublin 1.

Build a single-storey extension to the north side of St Edward’s National School, including one classroom and four S.E.T. rooms. Connect to existing site services, carry out works to the Irish Water drop manhole and complete associated site works.

Construct a playground, car park and entrance road for the proposed community development.

Construct a public park and community sports facility in Sallins, including natural and all-weather pitches, a sports and community building, roads, parking, pedestrian and cycle links, drainage, utilities, lighting, bridges and watercourse works. Deliver wetland and attenuation features, outdoor recreation facilities, landscaping, biodiversity measures and associated infrastructure.

Deliver roadworks, public realm improvements, cycle track works and other engineering works in live city and suburban environments. Individual contracts may use PW-CF3 or PW-CF5 forms.

Carry out CAT6 toilet-facility works at Killocrim National School to address sewer backups and wastewater treatment plant overflow. Install a foul wastewater pump to discharge school effluent to the Uisce Éireann wastewater treatment plant; on-site effluent management is not feasible.

Construct a new town-centre public realm with cobbled footpaths, paved areas and strengthened, resurfaced roads. Works include landscaping, stormwater drainage and nature-based sustainable drainage, undergrounding overhead utilities, public lighting, street furniture, bus shelters, signage, road markings and five zebra crossings.
