Provide end-to-end outpatient assessment, diagnostics and clinically indicated conservative, interventional or surgical treatment for approximately 1,200 low-complexity spinal patients, from initial specialist assessment through discharge and specialist review. The provider retains clinical responsibility throughout and must supply appropriately qualified and accredited multidisciplinary professionals.
