De Aanbestedende dienst is voornemens om een Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) in te stellen voor de levering van Standaardprogrammatuur. Dit Dynamisch aankoopsysteem (DAS) is bedoeld voor gangbare aankopen en het economisch voordelig aanschaffen van (uitbreidingen op) bestaande- en nieuwe Standaardprogrammatuur ten behoeve van het ministerie van Defensie (MinDef).

Uitvoerende, gangbare dienstverlening bedoeld voor cloud implementatie, -migratie en -beheer. Inrichten van een cloud landing zone, geïntegreerd in de bestaande (hybride) architectuur van een instelling, inclusief account setup, network configuratie, security baseline, automation. Uitvoeren/ondersteunen van cloud migraties (lift-and-shift en re-design migratie scenario's). Leveren van cloud managed services zoals operations, application management, service support, service delivery en informatiebeveiliging en privacy bescherming.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for expertise including development of algorithms and IT tools related to renewal of IT systems for control and balancing of electricity transmission grid. Categories include power system control and monitoring, energy platforms and interconnected IT systems, data analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning, system and process implementation.
