Procurement of a new operational control plant for all water and sewage installations in Fredrikstad municipality. Framework agreement for delivery of new PLC installations, upgrading PLS installations at existing stations, work in connection with changes/additions to the operations control plant and automation work on other installations within water and sewage. A maintenance agreement will also be signed for operation control installations, as well as new and existing PLS installations in the municipality.

Entwicklung und Bereitstellung eines Workflow-Provisioning-Systems (WPS) zur Ressourcenorchestrierung, Automatisierung von Produktionsprozessen, Ressourcenallokation, End-to-End-Planung, Betriebsorchestrierung und kontextbezogenem Monitoring für NRK. Das System soll native AV-over-IP-Dienste ermöglichen, Ressourcen in externen Rechenzentren zentralisieren und die Integration von Public-Cloud-Diensten vorbereiten.

Service- und Wartungsdienstleistungen für Automatisierungs- und Steuerungssysteme (Saia PCD, Evolo SD), einschließlich Funktionsprüfung, Inspektion, Fehlerbehebung, Software-Updates, Datensicherung, Fernservice, Investitionsplanung, Energieanalyse, technischer Upgrade, Kalibrierung von Temperaturgebern. Erforderlich sind Software, Lizenzen und qualifiziertes Personal für ASD-Installationen.
