Turnkey contract for new buildings for sheltered accommodations for people with reduced functional abilities, with a total of 12 units with the accompanying common area, personnel base and support functions, total approx. 1429m² gross area. The project includes and development of approx. 3,050 m² outdoor area.

Anlegging av vannforsyning fra Smååsane til Støleheia. Prosjektet inkluderer et vannrør, borearbeid, oppføring av et hevet basseng, to trykkpumper og et avløpspumpesenter.

Trondheim kommune skal bygge et nytt fellesboligforhold for 7 beboere med behov for assistanse på Ivar Reiten ́s vei. Leilighetene er forbundet med administrative områder, samt områder for behandling og rekreasjon. Bygningen vil fungere som både et bolig- og dagtilbud for beboerne. Huset har betong som bærende konstruksjon og i leilighetsinndeling. Fasadene skal bygges av tegl og tre. Det totale arealet er ca. 1300 m2 (brutto).

Turnkey-contract for ground work and construction of a new transformer station (one station building and two of five transformer cells), establishment of a ground cable connection to end mast M22, and cable trenches between Statnett's transformer station at Gismarvik and Haugaland Næringspark. The transformer station shall be certified in accordance with BREEAM-NOR v.6.0.
