Scope includes configuration, integrations, migration, maintenance, support, training and further development across institutional, home-based, disability, mental health, substance-abuse, day-centre, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services.

Supply textbooks, teaching aids and specialised books under a framework agreement. Estimated spend is NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT annually; demand may vary.

Provide consultancy services to the Directorate of Cultural Heritage in IT services, project management and business development through a framework agreement with up to three providers.

Provide technical consultancy supporting DSA’s regulatory work, including reviewing and assessing technical documentation and supporting inspections. Services relate to nuclear facility shutdown preparations, used-fuel and radioactive-waste handling, radiation protection and risk assessment.
