The provision of Psychotherapy and Counselling Services and Clinical Psychologists including but not limited to all post primary level schools and FET centres within the LMETB network of schools and centres. Psychotherapy and Counselling Services and Clinical Psychologists may be required on an hourly, daily or weekly basis and this may vary depending on the needs of each school and centre under the remit of LMETB.

Provision and operation of a registered residential respite service for adults aged 18 and upwards with complex needs arising from a disability. The service must provide a 5-bed house meeting HIQA standards, registered within 4 months, and operate 7 nights per week.
