The work can be both establishment of new installations and/or upgrading/maintenance of existing installations. The procurement shall ensure that the contracting authority can carry out minor construction work on a resource efficient way.

Establishment of parallel framework agreements for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year for the purchase of tradesman services within plumbing work. The contract shall include ordinary new establishment, service, maintenance and renovation assignments. Control installations and automation are not included in the contract.
