The scope includes: Site Preparation (Excavation, topsoil removal, earthworks, and sub-grade preparation), Installation of a comprehensive sub-base drainage network, Supply and compaction of standard geotextile membranes and graded stone aggregate layers, Supply and installation of a high-durability, all-weather synthetic sports surface (e.g., 3G synthetic turf or polymeric surfacing) complete with multi-sport line markings, Installation of a heavy-duty, rebound-style twin-wire mesh perimeter fence (typically 3m–4m high) including integrated access/maintenance gates and upper-level ball-stop netting, Provision of a perimeter concrete kerb, concrete access pathways, and floodlighting.
