Engineering, procurement, and construction works and services to complete infrastructure assets, including but not limited to: marine jetty structure, marine piling, floating pontoon, mooring & breasting dolphins, fender, trestle, HP gas unloading systems, on-shore gas receiving facility, utility systems, metering, odourisation, venting, pipeline and pig traps, high pressure gas grid connection, connection to existing natural gas network, utility connections for power, water and telecom, integration with FSRU, onshore terminal systems, pre commissioning and commissioning services, and management of nominated subcontractor(s).

Provision of Public Relations and Communications Services including strategic advisory, media relations, executive communications and crisis management.

Provision of labour services including charge-hands, tradespersons, and general operatives to assist in scheduled maintenance and emergency services on the rail network and within depots.
