Provide An Garda Síochána with a managed, end-to-end recruitment service under a single-supplier contract.

Pursue commercial and non-commercial debts relating to rates, housing rents and loans, development levies, fire charges and miscellaneous income. Provide recovery services from warning letters and follow-up communications through legal proceedings, judgments and enforcement, while serving as the debtor’s single point of contact under Council instruction.

Provide an architect-led multidisciplinary team for pyrite remediation and other building and surrounding-area works at Darndale Regional Youth Facility. Lead preliminary design through handover, including certification, employer representation, health and safety coordination, engineering, fire safety and quantity surveying. Design and coordinate temporary decant accommodation required to maintain youth services during construction.

Provide signage design and procure the manufacture and installation of signage through a multiparty framework. The initial contract covers 15 signs at County Hall and South Dublin County Council Libraries.

Provide soft facilities management for the MetroLink project team at Coopers Cross, including two reception staff and two facilities assistants, cleaning, office supplies, courier, taxi and postal services, catering supplies and confidential shredding. Maintain facilities equipment and specified fire, first-aid, smoke-detection and Zip Tap systems, and support future MetroLink site offices.

Provide independent strategic supply-chain advice, support for major projects, specialist expertise and temporary resource augmentation across EirGrid Group.

Undertake comprehensive valuations of ASI’s 14 properties across Ireland, including rebuilding and reinstatement costs for insurance. Provide valuation advice for financial reporting, identify impairment indicators, and establish a consistent portfolio valuation framework.

Provide an external Data Protection Officer and GDPR consultancy, including strategic advice, operational support, compliance monitoring, governance reporting, risk support and staff guidance.

Source short-term and temporary locum GPs to provide leave cover for up to 250 rural and remote GMS GPs receiving the Rural Practice allowance. The HSE intends to offer contracts to the four highest-ranked tenderers.
