Inspect, service and maintain fire alarm systems and emergency and escape route lighting across Hammerfest Municipality’s buildings. Work includes troubleshooting, fault repair, replacing defective parts, supplying and installing materials, and documenting inspections, non-conformities and completed work.

Develop a strategic public transport plan for Møre og Romsdal through 2040, covering service development, tenders, contracts, finances and priorities. The plan must address coordinated provision across transport modes, urban ridership, rural tender priorities and efficient use of resources.

Deliver a turnkey replacement and upgrade of the ventilation system, together with energy-efficiency measures, at Oslo School of Architecture and Design. The works aim to improve indoor climate, operational security and energy efficiency in the existing 15,700 m² building.

Demolish existing buildings and construct a new building on one of the existing sites in Sandnes under a turnkey contract. The building will co-locate Sandnes Pro-Service and provide suitable space for its labour-market, training and production activities, users, employees and partners.

Replace the existing ventilation units in rooftop technical rooms with new units, improve associated technical installations, and commission the system. Options cover supplying a new ladder for the rooftop rooms and cleaning ventilation ducts.

Provide consultancy and advisory services for Drammen municipality’s technical infrastructure, including water and wastewater, dams, flood management, roads and transport, electrical and automation systems, telecommunications and cybersecurity, traffic safety, parks, squares and outdoor areas. The parallel framework agreement is intended for 3–6 suppliers.

Carry out coordinated annual inspections of fire hoses and portable fire extinguishers across Luster municipality buildings, including servicing and re-approval of extinguishers where required. Provide building-level inspection reports, deviation lists with proposed measures, and service and re-approval records.

Develop and construct a new, adaptable health centre in Orkanger through a collaboration contract. The facility will include about 100 residential rooms, emergency medical services, outpatient services and a home-care base, alongside public meeting and activity spaces.

Replace up to two lifts at Martina Hansens Hospital, including engineering design and inspection of all surfaces. Include lift servicing.

Provide external consultancy capacity for project management and construction management for the municipality’s construction projects.
