Inspect and maintain fixed and mobile equipment in sports halls, gymnasiums and cultural premises. Newly installed or added equipment during the contract period is included; outdoor and playground equipment is excluded.

Operate visitor and communication services in the museum section of Gamlehaugen, including guided tours, ticketing and public services. Provide agreed cultural events, cleaning, clearing and waste handling.

Operate the public swimming facility at Fjord-Line Hallen, with operational responsibility for service delivery in accordance with the contract, applicable regulations and municipal routines.

Operate two FFI Kjeller canteens serving approximately 350 daily users, including counter sales, food preparation and made-to-order catering for meetings and courses. Develop a high-quality, sustainable food and drink offer focused on fresh ingredients, variety, seasonality, nutrition and user experience.

Production of podcast services under a framework agreement.

Provide advertising, communications and media services under a framework agreement with one provider. Support planning, implementation, optimisation and evaluation of Eksfin's marketing activities through strategic and creative services, production, media planning and procurement, analysis, and relevant technology.

Supply and implement a production management and automation system for the theatre’s stage-management functions, including communication, inspection, CUE lighting, infrastructure and text-monitor subsystems. Provide system integration, accessories, engineering and a five-year service and maintenance agreement; certain equipment is optional.

Supply and deliver pizzas to St. Olavs Hospital under a framework agreement.

Provide overnight accommodation for temporary staff working at Rikshospitalet, Ullevål, Radiumhospitalet and Aker hospitals. Accommodations must support flexible short- and long-term stays for healthcare personnel requiring temporary residence.

Provide media monitoring services together with an accompanying analysis and reporting tool.
