Provide an architect-led multidisciplinary team for pyrite remediation and other building and surrounding-area works at Darndale Regional Youth Facility. Lead preliminary design through handover, including certification, employer representation, health and safety coordination, engineering, fire safety and quantity surveying. Design and coordinate temporary decant accommodation required to maintain youth services during construction.

Establish a multi-party framework for specialist consultancy in environmental assessment, ecology, flood risk and related fields, including carrying out Appropriate Assessment (AA), Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for plans.

Supply and delivery of mechanical consumables, with associated services, for the University of Galway Building and Estates Mechanical Maintenance Team.

Supply geogrid and geotextile materials for access haul roads and flood-defence earthen embankments in the Office of Public Works’ South West Region.

Provide a single-party framework for an electronic management system covering temporary traffic management, safe system of work plans, job information packs, document storage and asset management.

Replace Tallaght Stadium’s existing halogen/HID floodlights with a high-performance LED system and replace its generator with an appropriately sized HVO unit, including required electrical infrastructure and associated site works. Deliver dimming and control, reliable mains/generator operation, and lighting suitable for UEFA Category B competition and broadcast requirements.

Deliver a sports dome with a 3G playing surface and associated works in Greysteel. Refurbish an existing building in Creeslough, County Donegal, to provide community facilities.

Provide managed ICT services through a secure, reliable and compliant service model, using an appropriate blend of on-site and remote support to operate the contracting entity’s information and technology environment.

Restore a derelict vernacular cottage and adjoining outhouse as self-catering accommodation with four bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room/kitchen. Install wastewater treatment, storm and foul pipework, connect services and complete basic landscaping.

Rehabilitate and upgrade the Leadmore–Carnanes water scheme, including replacing approximately 1.5 km of watermain with 110 mm HDPE pipe. Install associated connections, valves, hydrants, chambers, pressure-reducing equipment, bulk and consumer meters, and complete network connections, crossings, traffic management, reinstatement, testing, disinfection and commissioning.
