Operate the public swimming facility at Fjord-Line Hallen, with operational responsibility for service delivery in accordance with the contract, applicable regulations and municipal routines.

Operate visitor and communication services in the museum section of Gamlehaugen, including guided tours, ticketing and public services. Provide agreed cultural events, cleaning, clearing and waste handling.

Provide digital access to news sources not covered by the Parliament’s existing contracts, including about 200 newspapers in PDF or equivalent e-newspaper format. Make the publications available through a combined platform with clear access, search and navigation on PCs, tablets and mobile phones.

Production of podcast services under a framework agreement.

Provide ongoing accounting and payroll services in Follo Ren IKS’s Visma BNXT system, including payroll processing, accounting, reconciliations, accruals, documentation, annual settlements, refunds and authority reporting. Support annual accounts, KOSTRA and tax reporting, with controls separating self-cost activities from taxable business operations.

Provide passive fireproofing services and associated materials to meet operational, maintenance and building development needs at Levanger Hospital.

Provide one project manager to lead the user-equipment team for all buildings in the NTNU Campus Collection. Manage implementation within agreed cost, time and quality frameworks.
