Thermal Upgrade Works under the CASWS 2025 at St. Colmcille's National School, The Quay, Westport, County Mayo, comprising attic insulation and pumped cavity wall insulation to a relatively standard 1990s cavity block and pitched roof school building.

The works consist of the following works to the existing national school, comprising the construction of a new single storey 2 no. classroom S.E.N. Base extension consisting of 2 no. classrooms with associated ancillary accommodations, 1 no. central activities room, 1 no. multi-sensory room, 1 no. office, 1 no. resource room, staff toilets, cleaners store and adjoining link corridor all to the North (side) of the existing school, roof mounted PV panels, new car parking area to the front (south) of the existing school together with the decommissioning of the existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area and the installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary and associated site works.

Gestaltung, Planung und behördliche Genehmigung für die Minderung der Auswirkungen von drei (3) instream barriers in den Demonstrations-Einzugsgebieten des LIFE-Projekts Waters of LIFE. Bauarbeiten für den Anbau eines Eingangsportikus und -überdachung an der Vorderseite des bestehenden Schulgebäudes, den Anbau eines Erdgeschoss-Erweiterungsbereichs an der Seite und Rückseite bestehend aus 1 Klassenzimmer mit zugehörigem Ruheraum, Toilette und Duscheinrichtung, und 1 zentralen Aktivitätsbereich mit 1 Bereich für tägliche Lebensfähigkeiten sowie zugehöriger Nebenanlagen, externe und interne Änderungen am bestehenden Schulgebäude, Änderungen an den bestehenden Fassaden sowie Nebenanlagenarbeiten auf der Baustelle.
